This condominium complex is located three blocks from the base of Park City Mountain Resort and directly on the free citywide shuttle route. Grocery and sports stores, as well as Starbucks and the movie theater, are all within a few blocks of Sunflower, and 7-11 is across the street. Sunflower offers underground assigned parking (1 space only). Lodging Features: This 3-bedroom/3.5-bath condo has been updated with a contemporary, city loft feel. The living room is done in cool tones, with a flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace and a comfortable sectional couch for relaxing. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters and dark cabinets. Hardwood floors run through both the living room and kitchen. Bedding includes a queen in the first bedroom, double/twin bunk bed in the second bedroom, and queen in the third. Additional amenities include wireless internet access and a private washer/dryer. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort. At Wyndham Vacation Rentals, we make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.
